Parent Reference Groups

parent_reference_group_Flyer_.jpg
Catholic School Parents WA are currently convening parent reference groups to garner parent feedback and opinions across a wide varity of topics of interest to parents in Catholic schools.
At CSPWA we are regularly asked to provide a parent perspective on a variety of topics that are of interest to State and Federal government, the national parent body Catholic School Parents Australia and by Catholic Education WA. These topics include policies, parent needs and feedback on current and contemporary issues.  This is not a large time commitment, and you can provide your input in person, online or via surveys and tools of that nature. It is important that we can provide a broad perspective and to have as many parents to call on as possible, especially if you represent a special interest group, whether you are a parent at a rural/remote school,  or perhaps a parent of a child with a disability - you may have a special interest area such as mental health and wellbeing.  The value of providing an authentic parent voice is that we can have a positive and meaningful effect and importantly give parents an opportunity to be heard.  Please don’t hesitate to contact the CSPWA Liaison Officer - Rose Fogarty at rose@csp.wa.edu.au
