eSafety Commissioner Online Safety Act

The purpose of the eSafetyComissioner is to help safeguard Australians at risk of online harms and to promote safer, more positive online experiences.

As we know, technology is advancing very rapidly and the law needs to keep up with the technology, threats and abuse that can be faced online. The Online Safety Act 2021 is new legislation that makes Australia’s existing laws for online safety more expansive and much stronger.
