If you’re posting images of your child online, consider what information you're sharing. See below some Top Tips as recommended by the Australian Federal Police.
Top tips:
• Don’t share images that show personal information. This could be your child’s name, age, school logo, street number or street name
• Choose strong privacy settings for your social media accounts
• Only share images of your child with people you know and trust
• Review your ‘friends’ or ‘followers’ on all social media accounts and remove anyone you don’t know.
